Former timelesz member Shuto Inomata will not face prosecution following his arrest in September on suspicion of assault causing injury.

The announcement was made on October 21 through STARTO ENTERTAINMENT's official website. 

Inomata was arrested in September on suspicion of injuring a female acquaintance by allegedly striking her in the face. He was subsequently released.

Although STARTO ENTERTAINMENT has already terminated its contract with Inomata, the agency issued another apology regarding the incident, which occurred during his time with the company.

"We once again sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and concern caused to the person affected, as well as to fans, sponsors, and everyone involved," the agency stated.
