muque has released their new song "Iinjanai Just As You Are" on October 20.

The track serves as the theme song for Mana Ashida's new drama, Extraordinary Attorney Minami (Minamida Minami Bengoshi wa Tensaihada), marking the band's first drama theme song.

The drama follows Minami, a rookie lawyer with autism spectrum disorder, as she navigates challenges in society and tackles difficult cases through her unique perspective.

Written with the drama's story in mind, "Iinjanai Just As You Are" explores the struggles of finding one's place in the world while navigating relationships with others. Its lyrics deliver a reassuring message about accepting yourself for who you are.

The song brings together muque's experimentation with various musical styles, resulting in a polished pop track that reflects the band's evolving approach to J-pop.

The cover artwork was created by illustrator HIZGI, who previously worked on muque's "Tarinai Still Not Enough." It features the same blue-haired girl from the previous release, this time wearing a father-cat hand puppet, incorporating elements inspired by the drama.

Meanwhile, muque will kick off their fifth anniversary celebrations with SAVE POINT on February 5, 2027 at KT Zepp Yokohama in Kanagawa.
