The music video for "LEGENDS," a new song produced by ryo (supercell) for the Pokémon and Hatsune Miku collaboration project "Pokémon feat. Hatsune Miku Project VOLTAGE High↑," has been released on YouTube.

A second new song by ryo, titled "1996," will have its music video released on October 23 at 6:39 p.m. JST.

Also known as "PokéMiku," the collaboration project features original songs performed by Hatsune Miku that incorporate samples of background music and sound effects from various Pokémon video games.

The project has released 28 original songs to date, with the series accumulating more than 150 million combined views across YouTube and Nico Nico Douga.

"LEGENDS" was inspired by ryo's excitement and emotional experience playing Pokémon Legends: Z-A. Meanwhile, "1996" is aimed at listeners who have grown up alongside the Pokémon franchise.

Describing the two tracks, ryo explained that one was created for children to enjoy, while the other was intended for adults.
