Rumors have been spreading that Utada Hikaru may officially quit all of her "celebrity activities", including her official twitter account.

According to an article on Yahoo! Japan, fans have been speculating that the star may have also abandoned her Twitter as part of her indefinite musical hiatus, since her last tweet was April 28th - almost an entire month ago. Fortunately for fans, Hikki herself has confirmed that this is not the case.

"I'm still doing Twitter," she tweeted, dispelling suspicions about her current status. "Oh bon desu jour (?(?)�)?"

Fans were relieved to see that they could still get in touch with her, commenting, "Oh, thank goodness," "It's been so long since I heard you say 'bonjour'!" and "Welcome back to twitter."
