On July 26th, actress Tokiwa Takako attended a press conference for her new NHK drama, �Kamisama no Nyoubou� at Midoriyama Studio in Yokohama along side with her co-stars Tsutsui Michitaka and Nogiwa Yoko.

Tokiwa, who showed up wearing a traditional kimono, said, �I am having a lot of fun [filming the drama]. As an example, for Nogiwa and my scene, we have some girl talk. Even Tokiwa joins in the conversation,� and explained the fun scene that they filmed for this drama. Going along with the atmosphere, Nogiwa jokingly said to Tokiwa, �I think that Takako and Tsutsui are too friendly to one another. Maybe I should tell Keishi (actor Nagatsuka Keishi, Tokiwa�s husband)?� which made Tokiwa panic a bit.

This drama focuses on the story of the Panasonic founder Matsushita Konosuke (Tsutsui) and his wife, Mumeno (Tokiwa) and is adapted from the novel of the same name. Tokiwa stated regarding this drama, �This drama will tell the story of how Matsushita Konosuke became Matsushita Konosuke. I think you can also enjoy Matsushita�s interesting personality as well.�

Tsutsui who was �suffering in various degrees� with his lines commented, �I have been always interested in Matsushita Konosuke�s way of thinking. I want to act this out without being insulting [to him].� EXILE�s MATSU who plays the younger brother of Matsushita also added, �Since we are taking on a role of a character that actually existed, I think it is important to portray the character in your own way as well. Unlike in EXILE, I need to do my best to contain my own personality and act out the character,� and ended enthusiastically.

Akino Yoko, another cast member, stated about MATSU, �MATSU is a man who cannot marry because the group�s leader (HIRO) is not married. So he asked me some questions and advice on what marriage is and his worries regarding that as well,� and revealed their discussion on marriage.

Actor Ishikura Saburo also made an appearance on this press conference as a part of the cast member.

�Kamisama no Nyoubou�, a Saturday drama special, will begin broadcasting on October of this year.
