AKB48�s Shinoda Mariko is filming a new CM for storage manufacturing company, Yodoko and their product "Yodo Monoki".

This latest endorsement, titled �Yodo Monooki: Birth of a New Esmo!�, features Shinoda in a fairytale-like setting. She's flanked by two gentlemen in top hats, and together they dance to a hip-hop version of �Happy Birthday to You� while promoting the new product. Staff on set reported that Shinoda had memorized the dance in 10 minutes.

The idol expressed her delight with this charming CM by saying, "When I heard it was a CM to promote storage rooms, I came to the shoot expecting to film a stiff commercial -- but I was surprised when I saw the outfit! It had a wonderful design with an antique feel to match this fairytale setting. Additionally, the two gentlemen, Habi and Tobias, added an international touch for this endorsement. It was quite exciting."

She continued, "After filming, I signed one of the �Yodo Monoki� and that was a precious experience in itself [laughs]. This CM and its image were out of character for me, so I look forward to everyone�s reactions. Please anticipate it!"

This CM is set to air nationwide on February 1st.
