On September 27th, it was revealed that S/mileage�s Wada Ayaka (18) suffered a ligament injury to her right ankle at the group�s Mido Kaikan concert in Osaka back on September 23rd.

After the concert ended, Wada complained of pain and after she was brought to the hospital, she was diagnosed with a ligament injury due to a sprain and was told to rest for 2-3 weeks.

Currently, the group is in the process of their �S/mileage Live Tour 2012 Aki~Choi Kawa Banchou~� and their agency revealed that Wada will continue to participate in the concerts and she will sing and participate as MC, but she will not dance until she fully recovers.

On September 26th through Wada�s personal blog, she expressed her regret with, �It is truly regrettable that I cannot dance. When I sprained my ankle and after it was confirmed, I thought about how regrettable it was that I cannot dance,� but ended the post optimistically with, �I will try my best to get well within 2 weeks!�
