On October 5th, KAT-TUN's Tanaka Koki attended a premiere event for the TBS drama, 'Ooku ~Tanjou~ (Arikoto - Iemitsu Hen)'.

The upcoming 'Ooku' drama is based on a popular manga by Yoshinaga Fumi, and it tells the story from the third Shogun Tokugawa Iemitsu era. A mysterious disease causes a sharp decline in the male population, thus women are able to become Shogun.

Tanaka will play a monk in the drama. �The story begins when his character is 13 years old. He revealed that he's been working hard to restore his youth, "I've been using skin lotion for skin whitening, and I've also lost 7 kg (15.4 lbs)."

He continued, "I shaved the hair on my shins. There aren't any scenes where you will be able to see it, but please watch it while thinking that I have no shin hair."

Sakai Masato and Tabe Mikako were also present at the event. 'Ooku ~Tanjou~ (Arikoto -Iemitsu Hen)' will air every Friday from 10:00 pm starting October 12th.
