On November 21, AKB48's Kashiwagi Yuki revealed via YouTube that she has been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. 

Earlier this month, Kashiwagi uploaded a video onto her official YouTube channel asking her fans for help. "My hand is always numb. It's not a joke. Since about six months ago. My left hand is always numb. One more thing. It's painful. Right here [throat]. It hurts," she said. 

In her new YouTube video, she updated her fans on what happened afterward. According to Kashiwagi, her sore throat naturally went away, but went to see a doctor for the numbness in her hand. She was then diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome.

To treat it, she shared that she received an injection at the hospital. Thanks to the injection, she seems to have some relief from the numbness.
