Morning Musume.'21 member Oda Sakura has been diagnosed with functional dysphonia. 

According to an announcement on the group's official website, Oda was examined at a hospital for a throat condition and was diagnosed with functional dysphonia. As such, she has been instructed to save her singing during their concert tour 'Hello! Project 2021 Summer Ruby' which runs until September 5. From now on, she will undergo treatment, then follow up with her doctor.
