The title of AKB48's 59th single to be released on May 18 has been determined to be "Motokare desu."

On March 28, AKB48 made an appearance on TBS's 'CDTV Live! Live! Haru no 4 Jikan Special' where they performed "Motokare desu" in full for the first time. The choreography as done by GANMI, who is known for choreographing BTS's "Butter." 

As previously reported, "Motokare desu" will consist of 20 senbatsu members with Honda Hitomi as center for the first time. The senbatsu members are as follows: Asai Nanami, Onishi Momoka, Omori Maho, Okada Nana, Okabe Rin, Oguri Yui, Oda Erina, Kashiwagi Yuki, Kuranoo Narumi, Sakaguchi Nagisa, Shitao Miu, Taguchi Manaka, Taniguchi Megu, Chiba Erii, Fukuoka Seina, Honda Hitomi, Mukaichi Mion, Muto Tomu, Murayama Yuiri, and Yamauchi Mizuki.
