Ueshima Ryuhei of comedian trio Dacho Club was found dead at his home on May 11. He was 61 years old.

Around midnight, family members found Ueshima's body hanging at his home in Nakano Ward, Tokyo. He was transported to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.

Ueshima was active as a member of Dacho Club, and had appeared on numerous variety TV programs. We extend our deepest condolences to his family and friends, as well as the remaining members of Dacho Club at this difficult time.
