It's been announced that girl group Happiness will be disbanding on September 26.

According to an announcement on their official website, the members thought carefully about their future activities as well as their lives during the COVID-19 pandemic when activities were limited. After numerous discussion, they concluded that the group should disband. 

From late-July to early-August, Happiness will visit four cities for a fan meeting event. Then they will hold their last live on September 26. After their disbandment, Kaede, SAYAKA, MIYUU, and Kawamoto Ruri will focus on SG5, while Fujii Karen will carry out her activities as a solo artist. 

Happiness is a girls group under LDH that was created with the catchphrase "Love, Dream, Happiness." Since before their debut, they had participated in EXILE's tours and MVs. They made their major debut with the single "Kiss Me" in February of 2011. After several member changes, they are currently active as a five member group.
