Former AKB48 member Kojima Mako and actor Kido Yuya have announced their marriage!

In a joint announcement, the couple wrote, "We are both immature, but we hope to build a home full of laughter while being grateful for this encounter." 

Kojima passed AKB48's 14th Kenkyuusei audition in May of 2012, and was also a part of the group's unit Tentoumu Chu!. She graduated from the group in May of 2019. Since then, she has launched the apparel brand HALUHIROINE. 

Mito won the Special Jury Award at the '19th Junon Superboy Contest' in 2006. He has starred in stage plays and musicals such as 'Musical: Tennis no Oujisama' and 'Joker Game' as well as dramas such as 'Ore no Skirt, Doko Itta?'
