Renowned Japanese band GLAY has unveiled their latest single, "Kaishin no ichigeki," which serves as the main theme for the ongoing TV anime "Grendizer U." The release also features newly revealed jacket artwork.

The beloved series "UFO Robot Grendizer," created by Go Nagai, has been revived in 2024 as the new TV anime "Grendizer U." This adaptation boasts a stellar production team, including Mitsuo Fukuda ("Mobile Suit Gundam SEED") as chief director, Ichiro Okouchi ("CODE GEASS Lelouch of the Rebellion") as series composer, and Yoshiyuki Sadamoto ("Neon Genesis Evangelion") as character designer.

The jacket artwork, crafted by the “Grendizer U” animation team, perfectly captures the song's essence.
