New members Takuto Teranishi, Yoshitaka Hara, Masao Hashimoto, Shuzo Inomata, and Daiki Shinozuka have joined timelesz. It was announced that the group will now continue as an 8-member ensemble with Shori Sato, Fuma Kikuchi, and So Matsushima joined by the five new members.

timelesz was originally formed in September 2011 as “Sexy Zone” with five members: Kento Nakajima, Fuma Kikuchi, Shori Sato, So Matsushima, and Marius Yo. After Marius graduated from the group at the end of 2022, and Kento at the end of March 2024, timelesz relaunched as a three-member group in April, simultaneously announcing auditions for new members.

Starting in September of last year, Netflix has been airing the “timelesz project -AUDITION-,” showcasing the selection process for the group’s new members. In the final episode, which was streamed on February 15, it was revealed that five new members would be joining, marking the start of the group as an eight-member ensemble.
