Aiobahn, a well-known figure in Japan’s subculture scene, has introduced his new alias, Aiobahn +81, with the release of his first official single under the moniker, Tententengokujigokugoku featuring Nanahira and Pmarusama. The track explores a mix of rave-inspired dance-pop with a nostalgic 1990s influence, accompanied by lyrics from Yoshimi Yuno (IOSYS).
Aiobahn +81 serves as a separate creative identity where the producer delves into otaku culture, anime music, and video game-inspired sounds. His previous works, including INTERNET YAMERO and Itadaki Babel (Aiobahn +81 Remix), have gained widespread attention, amassing over 57 million views on YouTube.

The new single features Nanahira, a singer known for her work in the denpa music scene and her versatility in vocal expression, and Pmarusama, an entertainer with a strong presence on YouTube and TikTok, whose song S’il Vous President became a viral hit. The song’s title plays on the Japanese words for heaven and hell, reflecting an unpredictable energy reminiscent of the early days of Nico Nico Douga’s music culture.

Alongside the single, a music video has also been released, featuring illustrations and animation by odyk and motion graphics by Nihe, the same team behind Aiobahn’s Shiawaseni nannte naranaide feat. nanawoakari. The visuals present a contrast between angelic and demonic imagery, complementing the song’s layered production and shifting dynamics.
Since the collaboration was announced, the unexpected combination of Aiobahn, Nanahira, and Pmarusama has generated discussion among fans. As Aiobahn +81 continues to develop, the producer aims to explore new creative directions while blending various influences across internet culture and electronic music.
