NEWS member Takahisa Masuda has launched his first fashion brand, "Yellow by TAKAHISA MASUDA."

A launch event for the brand was held in Tokyo on May 29, the same day the items went on sale. 

The brand was created as part of the "TAKAHISA MASUDA × ZOZOTOWN" project by ZOZO and LINE Yahoo. Known for his strong interest in fashion and for designing costumes for NEWS' tours, Masuda said he poured his experience, creativity, and love of fashion into the collection.

The lineup features 16 items reflecting Masuda's personal style, including oversized MA-1 hoodie rompers, sweat set-ups, and T-shirts with customizable detachable pockets. The brand name "Yellow" was inspired by Masuda's favorite color as well as his member color in NEWS.

During the event, Masuda joked that he planned to send every item in the collection to fellow NEWS members Keiichiro Koyama and Shigeaki Kato. "They'll definitely look good in them, and I think they'll only wear 'Yellow' from now on," he said and hinted that NEWS could potentially wear the brand during a future concert.
