BOYS AND MEN members Yukihisa Tamura, Tatsunori Tsujimoto, Takafumi Honda, Kento Hiramatsu, and Masato Yoshihara have announced that they have gone independent and will begin activities under the new group name Deluxe Boys (でらっくす・ボーイズ).

The five members ended their exclusive contracts with Fortune Entertainment on March 31 and established their own company, Nagoya Okoshi, which will now oversee both the group's activities and their individual careers.

The name Deluxe Boys reflects the group's roots in Aichi and Nagoya while also representing their ambition to reach audiences across Japan.

Through March 31, 2027, the group will use both BOYS AND MEN and Deluxe Boys during a transition period. New projects will be promoted under the new name, while previously announced appearances and commitments will continue under BOYS AND MEN.

Beginning April 1, 2027, the group will officially operate exclusively as Deluxe Boys.
