Japanese rock band Unicorn has announced that they will release their first album in nearly three years, Ataeteko, on October 21, followed by a nationwide tour beginning in December.

The 13-track album includes "Kurenainoha," the opening theme for the upcoming anime From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman Season 2, which the band premiered live during ABEDON's 60th birthday concerts in Yokohama. The album's title is derived from the first syllables of the five members' names.

"Ataeteko" will be released in two editions: a limited edition featuring a Blu-ray and a regular CD edition. Additional details, including the full track list and Blu-ray contents, will be announced at a later date.

Unicorn has also released the music video for "Kurenainoha" on YouTube. Directed by Yuichi Fukuda (Yusha Yoshihiko), the video delivers a playful take on the anime's world, with each band member portraying a different character. ABEDON plays protagonist Beryl, while Isamu Teshima, Koichi Kawanishi, EBI, and Tamio Okuda portray a Greek warrior, Okita Soji, Musashibo Benkei, and Yusha Yoshihiko, respectively. The members also perform their own action scenes under the guidance of stunt team Gocoo.

The upcoming nationwide tour will kick off on December 5 in Kanagawa and conclude with two performances in Hiroshima on March 27 and 28, 2027, for a total of 19 shows. The full tour schedule can be seen below.
