Model Erika Mori (44) has announced the birth of her first child, a baby boy.

Mori shared the news on Instagram on September 12, revealing that she gave birth on September 9. She explained that her son arrived after his due date and that she ultimately underwent an emergency C-section.

"Both the baby and I are healthy," she wrote, adding that she remains in the hospital and that her husband has been visiting her every day. "I'm truly taking in how happy I am," she expressed. 

Mori thanked fans for the many supportive messages she received throughout her pregnancy and said she plans to share more once things settle down.

Mori remarried in January 2024 and announced her pregnancy in May 2026.
