Jesse of SixTONES has been cast as a voice actor in the new anime film 'Keroro Gunso: Fukkatsu Shite Sokkou Chikyu Metsubo no Kiki de Arimasu!,' while ano has been confirmed as the theme song artist.

A part of the franchise's 20th anniversary project, the film is slated to open in theaters nationwide on June 26. It is based on the long-running manga by Mine Yoshizaki, with Yuichi Fukuda serving as screenwriter and chief director.

Jesse will voice two roles, the Keronian brothers Aruru and Deruru, who stand in Keroro's way. He commented that he was initially nervous but gradually found his rhythm and was even able to add ad-libs during recording.

ano will perform the film's newly written theme song, "Kashippanashi Destiny." The high-energy rock number was written by ano, composed by ano and Komedawara, and arranged by TAKU INOUE. She said, "I made this song about the joy of Keroro and the others returning in the Reiwa era, and their lovable everyday lives that stay the same even as times change."

A glimpse of the film can be seen in the newly released trailer above.
