On the 21st, various media outlets reported that Oshima Yuko (AKB48) and Wentz Eiji (WaT) were dating, however both of them denied the report right away.

The day when their "scandal" was on the news, Yuko made a blog entry and said, "Oshima Yuko, first scandal. �but I'm glad it was with Wentz-san. �He is like my brother who I'm counting on. �Unfortunately, the report is not true (I think I'm not a girl to Wentz-san), I'm sorry for making fans and other AKB members worried. �I do not have time for love now."

Wentz also denied the report saying "I was surprised about the news. �When I woke up, it was a big tumult. �We are nothing more than friends as ex-co-stars, but I'm sorry to Oshima-san, AKB members and fans for making all of you surprised."
