The cast for a new series of Kamen rider ooo (pronounced Kamen rider ohz) has been announced. �The Kamen rider series has been a big hit with kids, and every year there is a new rider/hero. �It is said that playing the role of a Kamen rider is the gateway to success for new face actors. �Odagiri Joe, Mizushima Hiro and Sato Takeru were all once riders.

This year, Watanabe Shu has been chosen as the new rider. �Shu was the 2nd place winner of JUNON magazines, "JUNON super boy contest 2008", which is a beauty pageant for guys.

Shu said, "I have wanted to be a Kamen rider since I was a kid. �I will try my hardest this year."

It was also announced that Ohguro Maki will sing the theme song.
