Shoujo Jidai (SNSD) performs on Music Japan

allkpop

Continuing promotions for their new single, "Gee", in Japan, Shoujo Jidai appeared on Music Japan for a short interview and performance.

Each member introduced themselves with things that they like. Sooyoung said she likes Woody from Toy Story, Yuri loves cooking, Tiffany loves music, Seohyun said she's the youngest of the group and likes eating healthy foods. Hyoyeon, who stumbled a bit, loves peaches, Jessica unfortunately has a cold, Yoona likes milk tea, lately Sunny has gotten into purin (a.k.a. creme caramel), and Taeyeon likes puppies.

The hosts are impressed with their long legs, and ask them what they did to achieve those types of legs. Hyoyeon answered that they stretch everyday. Because they have long legs, the host wants to know if they've ever got entwined with each other. Sunny said that they don't get tangled, but that they are all careful not to get in each others way.

Next they were asked if there is anything in Japan they like to eat. Hyoyeon said sukiyaki before they could even finish the sentence, and the male host even pointed that she was the one that likes peaches. Then Hyoyeon said sushi, Jessica said yakiniku, and Yuri likes takoyaki. Seohyun said she got to try natto and likes it because it's healthy food.

The last thing they ask them before the performance is if any of them remember any Japanese phrases. Sunny said, "I'm smiling," Sooyoung said, "My ear is ringing," and Seohyun said, "I'm worried I can't hear what the children are saying." The hosts laugh because it's an actual sentence, but she then explains it's because she learned it from a book.

Afterwards they talk a little about "Gee" and perform.
