G-DRAGON and TOP, famed members of the hugely successful K-pop group BIGBANG, are set to debut their special unit in Japan early next year. The two just released their 1st album together recently in South Korea, and are looking to do the same in Japan on February 23rd.

The two appeared at the 2010 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) just last month and unveiled a track from the new album called "KNOCK OUT". In similar fashion, the duo are looking to now knock out Japan by releasing a special version of the album, "GD & TOP Vol. 1". It will include a DVD with the music videos for "HIGH HIGH" and "TURN IT UP" as well as another song for a total of three. First shipment will include a poster as well. The Japanese edition will also have the benefit of unpublished, full shots in the booklet.
