The Queen of Hip-Pop has just revealed exciting new information about her upcoming collaboration album!

Amuro Namie's newest album will be titled "Checkmate!", and it features a variety of huge names, including AI, Yamashita Tomohisa, Kaname (CHEMISTRY), and the Korean girl group,�After School.

Although Amuro had previously mentioned that she would like to film a music video with a male artist, fans of both Amuro and Yamapi were shocked to see the two names together. The two first met on a music television program in the summer of 2010, which left a deep impression on the pop star. "His performance of his solo song was really fantastic," she said of the famous NEWS member.

When questioned about choosing the Korean group After School, Amuro stated, "I've been keeping my eye on the Korean music scene for a while now." The collaboration between the nine-member girl group will mark the first time that After School will be releasing music in Japan.

"Checkmate!" hits stores on March 23rd and will be available in two versions: a 'CD+DVD' version and a 'CD-only' version. In the meantime, check out the cover, track list and teaser below!
