Announcer, talento, and fashion model Yamagishi Mai (24) spent�some time with the people of 'Big Comic Spirits' in order to show us that she can sweeten our weekends with more than just her beautiful voice.

The pictures are supposed to depict "A Weekend Night's Dream", and who would be a better choice than NHK's new weekend sportscaster? With her slender body and long legs, she became a popular image character and fashion model for many brands; her sweet, slightly nasal voice is also easy on the ears when listening to her news reports on TV. In fact, the magazine even praised her as being a 'Japanese nightingale'.

This year, Yamagishi finally became a regular announcer for NHK, and while most Japanese female announcers are known for their bright charms, Yamagishi might actually be the supernova of the group.
