C-ute announced the title of their 17th single: �Sekaiichi HAPPY na Onna no Ko� (The HAPPIEST Girl In The World), which will be released on September 7th!

This single will come in three different editions: Limited Edition A, Limited Edition B and Regular Edition.

To celebrate, they will hold a special event of some sorts (no further explanation was given). First Press Limited Edition copies will include a DVD and an event lottery number that has to be used by September 8th, so buyers will only have a 24 hour deadline for a chance to attend! However, if you want to buy the regular edition and also have a chance to attend the event, that�s okay too because if you buy the First Press Regular Edition you can also receive the event lottery number without the DVD.
