Popular model SHIHO (35) graces the cover of this month's edition of woman magazine FRaU.

The main story of the magazine is all about using your brain in order to lose weight, rather than trying out all kind of popular yet drastic dieting methods. Avoiding to test out every new trend is especially important for women above 30 like SHIHO, who looks incredibly sexy and beautiful on the cover with the bikini bottom and semi-transparent top.

The staff of the magazine revealed on their blog that she was very relaxed since the beginning of the shooting. She didn't act timidly at all and openly discussed the different outfits and poses with the staff in order to make sure to create the best cover ever. Of course SHIHO is a very slender woman, but rather than just being thin, she is know for having a very healthy and muscular body. Her toned body is no surprise, knowing that she is the wife of equally sexy MMA figher Akiyama Yoshihiro (currently active in the UFC). Earlier this month, the couple also announced that they are expecting their first child.

Some people might remember that it is actually SHIHO's 2nd appearance on the cover of FRaU. In 2007, she already graced the cover and the same cameraman and stylist who worked with her four years ago, once again combined their efforts in order to create this month's beautiful cover. The editorial staff commented, "Her divine and happy aura was incredible!" Back then the staff didn't yet know about her pregnancy, but they already felt that her aura was more overwhelming than usual.

At the magazine's blog, she commented, "I got blessed with the new life inside my stomach and I'm relieved now that I've entered the stable period. During the shooting and the interview I wasn't yet in the stable period and couldn't tell anybody that I'm pregnant... However, during the shooting I was only surrounded by people that I trust and so I was able to finish it without feeling anxious or getting worked up at all."

Further she added, "Whether I'm pregnant or not, it is my eternal goal to keep a healthy and beautiful body, so I was very honored when I was approached for this shooting. The cover came out gorgeous with the golden FRaU logo and everything. I think it's really beautiful and hope that a lot of people will look at it."
