Pop/rock singer Takahashi Hitomi is gearing up to release her new album, "PICORINPIN" which is scheduled to drop on September 28th. This is her third studio album since her debut in 2005. Her last album "Bamboo Collage" was released back in October 2007 and over this period of three and half years, the singer has released five singles.

This new album has songs produced by some of Japan's top hit makers including chara, Hidaka Toru, Nakamura Koji (iLL), ROLLY, and H ZETT M.

Five of the ten tracks on "PICORINPIN" are all tie-ins. "MUSIC" is the theme song to movie "Usotsuki Miikun to Kowareta Maachan [Episode.0] 'Kaiyuu Yuukai'". "Koisuru Pierotty" is the opening theme song to TBS's "ENPURA". The opening theme song to TV Tokyo show 'SHOWBIZ COUNTDOWN' is "Poolside". The last song, "Wo Ai Ni" is the ending theme song to popular anime "Gintama".
