It's been revealed that Chatmonchy will be providing the theme song for the upcoming anime, "Thermae Romae"!

"Thermae Romae" is the anime adaptation of Yamazaki Mari's popular manga of the same title. The story revolves around Lucius, a bath design engineer who travels through time between Ancient Rome and modern Japan.

Chatmonchy's new song is titled "Thermae Roman" and it will be released as single on February 8th.

Regarding their new song, Chatmonchy commented, "It was originally a manga we loved and used to read, so we jumped at it." This is the group's third time singing a theme song for Fuji TV's 'Noitamina' time slot, following "Shangri La" for "Hataraki Man" and "Kokodake no Hanashi" for "Kurage Hime".

The anime "Thermae Romae" will air starting January 12th.
