�K-1 Legend� mixed martial artist Jerome Le Banner (39) and AV idol Kawakami Nanami (19) paid a visit to the Sanspo editorial office in Naniwa-ku, Osaka on May 29th.� The pair were at the news agency serving as the PR ambassadors for the upcoming July 14 MMA event �GENOME 21�. The competition will be held on July 14th at Bodymaker Colosseum in Osaka.

Banner is currently the IGF (Inoki Genome Federation) champion.� At the upcoming event, he does not know whom he will be matched against to defend his title, but he stated, �It was an honor to have been able to fight in good matches previously held in Osaka.� I am definitely still training, but it is fun when I train in Osaka.�� When asked about his secret to maintaining his champion status, he said �Mostly, it�s because of training,� but also joked, �And it is also because I drink�alcohol�for enjoyment.�
