Momoiro Clover Z member Sasaki Ayaka has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the group's official website, Sasaki was tested on February 1 prior to a concert rehearsal when she learned that she was infected with the virus. She is currently asymptomatic, but will be observing her symptoms for a certain period. 

Besides Sasaki, the other Momoclo members have all received negative results. While no judgement has been made by the health center regarding close contact, they are not considered close contacts according to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. 

As for members of Namie Joshi hatsu Kumiai, which Sasaki is a part of, they will be quarantining based on their recent activities.
