It's been reported that actor Noiri Toshiki, grandson of the late actress Akagi Harue, has passed away from an unforeseen accident. He was 33 years old. 

Noiri's agency LDH announced, "Our company's actor Noiri Toshiki passed away on Monday, January 2 from an unforeseen accident. We respectfully inform you, and deeply appreciate your kindness with him."

They continued to express, "We were just talking about heading into the new year with renewed thoughts, and doing our best together toward our dreams, so we find this sudden incident truly regrettable."

Finally, they stated, "His relatives as well as our company have not been able to organize our feelings yet, so we would like to ask everyone to quietly remember him."
