J-pop icon Kumi Koda has teamed up with legendary producer Tetsuya Komuro for her latest single, “Jump to the Breeze,” released on August 2, 2024. This track marks their first collaboration since 2001 and is a fresh take on a song first unveiled on Bilibili in China in 2023, celebrating the 6th anniversary of the mobile game ‘Azur Lane.’

The new digital single features a vibrant Latin house arrangement with live percussion, blending Koda’s distinctive vocals with Komuro’s signature sound. Fans have eagerly awaited this global release, which showcases Koda’s powerful return to the music scene as she celebrates her 24th anniversary with her ongoing greatest hits tour, KODA KUMI LIVE TOUR 2024 "BEST SINGLE KNIGHT"
