King & Prince have unveiled details about their upcoming album Re:ERA, which is set for release on December 11. Along with new artist photos, the group has shared the jacket artwork for the regular edition and announced the album’s tracklist. One of the key visual elements is a character named "ARE-X," designed by member Kaito Takahashi and featured on the cover. This character was inspired by the album's lead single, "WOW."
Re:ERA is a concept album that presents a narrative across its 16 tracks. Takahashi, who created 16 characters based on the songs, expressed his creativity by illustrating each one, with "ARE-X" symbolizing the title track. The album includes a mix of new songs as well as previously released tracks like "halfmoon" and "MAGIC WORD."
