Voice actress Mikako Komatsu has announced that she is expecting her second child with husband and fellow voice actor Tomoaki Maeno. In a heartfelt Instagram post on September 18, Komatsu shared the happy news with her fans, revealing that she is currently in her stable period and is expecting to give birth in the winter of next year.

She added that she’s taking care of her health while balancing her work, and expressed her hopes for a smooth delivery. “I hope for the safe arrival of our baby and plan to spend the time peacefully. Thank you for your continued support!”

Komatsu, known for her roles in popular anime such as Jujutsu Kaisen (Maki Zenin), and Tokyo Revengers (Yuzuha Shiba), has earned widespread acclaim for her performances in both Japan and abroad. She and Maeno, who tied the knot in May 2020, welcomed their first child in January 2023.
