Actress Ayaka Komatsu (38) announced on her Instagram on February 2 that she had given birth to her first child, a baby boy.

She shared the news, saying, "On January 28, 2025, I safely gave birth to a healthy baby boy." She included a photo of her baby's tiny hand with the text "Just born, 39w4d, 3284g, Baby boy."

Komatsu expressed her gratitude, writing, "It was a difficult delivery, but I am filled with thanks that my child, who had been in my belly for so long, was born safely." She also thanked her family and friends for their support. She added, "I will cherish this child who has come into my life, and I hope to grow together with him, spending happy days." Komatsu concluded, "I would be grateful if you continue to watch over us warmly. Thank you for your continued support."

Komatsu, originally from Iwate Prefecture, announced her marriage to a non-celebrity man on her 37th birthday in July 2023. She also revealed that she would be relocating to Sendai due to her husband's job. In August of the same year, she shared the news of her pregnancy with her first child.
