SEKAI NO OWARI has announced that they will establish a new management company called S.U.N.S Inc. on May 1.

After 12 years with TOKYO FANTASY, a subsidiary of Amuse Inc., the group will begin a new chapter under their own management following the expiration of their contract on April 30.

The members shared that as they mark the 15th anniversary of their major debut, they have decided to take full responsibility for their activities and pursue a more creative and independent path.

The band also confirmed that they will release a new song, "Stella," under Capitol Records, a newly launched label within Universal Music. Further details will be announced at a later date. Capitol Records will partner with S.U.N.S to support the group's activities both in Japan and overseas.
