MIYAVI is featured on fashion brand Gucci's advertisements for their 'Gucci Off the Grid collection.'

Since the brand was founded in 1921, this is the first time for a Japanese national to appear in their advertisement. Designed by Alessandro Michele, 'Gucci Off the Grid collection' includes sustainable items made from recycled materials. It's slated to go on sale on June 30. 

Not only is MIYAVI active as a guitarist and actor, but he also serves as the goodwill ambassador for UNHCR in support of refugees. His ambassadorship is said to be a big factor in him being chosen for this advertisement.
