Actor Iseya Yusuke (44), who was indicted after being arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession, has released an official statement through his defense counsel. 

"At this time, I, Iseya Yusuke, would like to express my sincere apologies for betraying my fans, all persons concerned, and clients due to my selfish behavior and for causing a great deal of worry and trouble.

Being restrained in this detention center, I am reflecting upon the fact that due to my irresponsible and extremely naive behavior, I have betrayed myself, the people I work with, and everyone in the world.

This situation was entirely caused by my immaturity and stupidity as well as my lack of responsibility as an actor and business owner. I will reflect upon it deeply without being contented with myself. As a member of society, I will receive my punishment and have prepared myself to do my best in order to gain the trust that I've lost as soon as possible. 

Again, to my fans and persons concerned, please accept my sincere apologies.
