Former Idoling!!! member and talent Kato Sayaka (35) has announced that she is pregnant with her second child.

On her blog, she wrote, "It's a personal matter, but at this time, I have been blessed with my second child. I would like to make this announcement as I have entered my stable period and my condition has settled down." She expressed, "There were a lot of things I was worried about during my checkups and pregnancy because the situation is different than when I was pregnant with my son due to coronavirus, but I will carefully bring up this small life together with my family." 

Kato revealed that she is currently 7 months pregnant. She explained that she decided to make the announcement at this timing because she will be taking a break from her regular program 'Koriki no Kobeya' from next month. As for her program 'Katosaya wa Eto no Jockey' on Nico Nico Namahousou, she commented, "I hope to participate in the broadcasts remotely while monitoring my health." 

Kato graduated from Idoling!!! in March of 2009. She married a non-celebrity man in July of 2015, then gave birth to their first son in 2019.
