GACKT will star in the new Fuji TV Getsu9 drama 'Black Trick: Sabaki wo Ayatsuru Bengonin,' premiering on July 20.

The original legal entertainment series follows Naoto Uramawashi, a brilliant lawyer known as a "master of fabrication" who also works as a first-class architect. In order to save his clients, he stops at nothing to uncover the truth.

The drama will be directed by Toshiyuki Mitsuhashi, known for works including 'Asagao: Forensic Doctor' and 'Confidence Man JP,' and produced by Tadashi Makino of the 'Galileo' and 'HERO' series.

While GACKT has been in showbiz for 31 years, this marks his first appearance in a Fuji TV drama and his first time leading a Getsu9 series. On his role, he commented, "Basically, he's someone who isn't very interested in labels or categories, and I get the impression that he's a hard-to-grasp character whose thoughts are difficult to read."
