Idol group DEAR KISS has announced that they will make a comeback under the name dear kiss in celebration of its 10th anniversary, two years after ending activities.
The newly reformed group will be produced by former member Nonoko and feature five new members: Fuka Tsukino, Erika Hanawa, Kaede Murakami, Yuzuki Kurose, and Momoko. The members come from various backgrounds, including modeling, acting, race queen work, and dancing.
Originally formed in April 2016, DEAR KISS made their major-label debut in April 2021 and performed both in Japan and overseas before ending activities on November 22, 2024. The group will officially return exactly two years later, with a debut live performance on November 22 at Shibuya DAIA in Tokyo.
Their debut song, "Mikansei na Love Letter," features lyrics written by Nonoko and tells the story of five members taking their first steps toward their dreams through the theme of a letter to their future selves. The music video is scheduled to premiere on October 22.
The group is also confirmed to perform at Anime Festival Asia Singapore 2026, that's scheduled to take place from November 27 to 29, marking an early return to international activities.
