Music Japan hosts an annual spring special, and details about their '2011 Spring Festival' have finally been revealed!

The recording of the episode will take place at Tokyo's NHK Hall, from 7:15 to 9:00 PM JST on March 7th. Although the full set list has not been disclosed, AKB48, SKE48, Nishino Kana, Perfume, FUNKY MONKEY BABYS, and Mizuki Nana have all been confirmed as performers for the event. Each artist will perform a recent hit that they feel is most appropriate for Spring, a season of meetings and farewells.

Those who would like to attend this year's event can send in an application until February 14th; members of NHK's internet club will receive preference over other applicants. For those of us who can't make it to the live performance, Music Japan will air their spring special on March 19th at 7:30 PM JST.
