Kobayashi Mao (28) and sister Kobayashi Maya (31) attended a press and commercial event for "White Shot" from POLA cosmetics. The event was titled "Bihaku Day" and was Mao's first appearance after the announcement of her pregnancy.

This is the first commercial in which Mao and Maya are featured together. Mao commented, "It's always been a dream of mine. I don't think I could've done it if it weren't for my sister because it required us to be really close. It's like our private life directly translated onto the screen."

The Kobayashi sisters are known for being very close and get along with each other very well. Mao expressed her gratitude towards her older sister by remarking, "My sister always looks after me and always listens to my when I have worries or problems. Now that I'm pregnant, she studies and knows more about pregnancy more than me and helps me. I'm so thankful for her because of her my baby and I are doing well," showing off their tight bond.�In response to that, older sister Maya replied, "My sister is so cute so her child is bound to be cuter to me! She lets me rub her tummy every time I see her. I heard that doing exercises in the water is helpful so I already made reservations for her. I'm a bit worried to let her go by herself so I might come along for the first time. I'm working hard to become a good aunt!"

With her baby bump starting to become a bit more obvious, Mao would show moments where she would rest her hand on it. When asked when she felt the joy of becoming a mother, she answered, "When the baby moves." Showing a happy expression she couldn't help but smile while nodding her head when she answered a question on whether or not father Ichikawa Ebizo (33) talks to the baby. Finally when she was asked about who is kinder to the baby, between Maya and Ebizo, she replied "I can't really compare," showing a shy expression.
