On June 7, Bunshun Online reported that actress Hirosue Ryoko (42) is having an affair with Toba Shusaku (45), the owner and chef of Michelin-starred French restaurant sio. 

According to Bunshun Online, Hirosue visited another restaurant managed by Toba last month where the two were seen chatting and rubbing each other's shoulders. Then earlier this month, Hirosue was spotted checking into a hotel where Toba was staying at. Both sides are denying the relationship.

On the reports, Hirosue's agency commented, "While we leave private matters up to her, after receiving this report, we have strictly cautioned her to act responsibly. We are sorry for all of the trouble." 

Hirosue was previously married to model Okazawa Takahiro from 2003 to 2008. She then married candle artist JUNE in 2010. She has one child from her previous marriage, and two with JUNE. 

A former J-League trainee and primary school teacher, Toba pursued cooking when he was 31 years old. In addition to running eight restaurants, he makes television appearances and has several writings published. He is also married and has children.
